Move Targets: Glutes and Core


Step-by-Step

Step 1: Place one foot in the center of BOSU ball and bend the knee, putting most of your weight into this foot. Let the other foot step out to the side. Keep the chest lifted.

Step 2: Press off the BOSU and switch feet. The switch happens quickly, moving side to side every second or faster. Engage the core to help your control the legs.
