Move Targets: Upper Back and Core
Step 1: Sitting on the floor, cross your legs so there's one under the other. Rest your hands over your knees. Sink back into a seated cow pose, allowing your shoulder blades to pull apart and round. Drop your head.
Step 2: Reverse the movement by leading with your head. Look up to the ceiling, arching the back and puffing out the chest. Hold it here, then reverse into seated cow pose again.
