Move Targets: Core
Step 1: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet together. Place your hands over your hips and push the lower back into the mat. Inhale and exhale here.
Step 2: Exhale and slowly drop the knees out to the sides by controlling the speed with your lower abs. Your back may naturally rise and arch a bit, but should otherwise stay very close to your mat. Inhale and close the knees.
