Move Targets: Adductors (Inner Thighs)
Step 1: Lie on your back with your legs bent and feet completely on the floor. Get a throw pillow from the couch and pop it in between your knees like Ashley does below. Pull the shoulder blades in and press the lower back into the mat.
Step 2: Exhale and squeeze the pillow between your knees. Hold for one second and release. Repeat. This will strengthen the adductor (and gracilis) that runs down the inner thigh and connects the femur to the knee joint. It's important to exhale on the contraction and hold the squeeze.
