Move Targets: Core
Step 1: Lie on a stability ball so it supports your core through you hips. The chest will be lifted off the ball. Drop the hands down toward the floor, straight from the shoulders. Do not put any weight into your hands, just let the arms hover.
Step 2: Without moving your neck or shifting your gaze, raise the arms up and out into a "Y" shape. Respect your range of motion. Get to the top of the move, pause, then control the release to the hovering position where you began. Squeeze the shoulder blades at the top.
