Follow celebrity yoga and Pilates trainer Kristin McGee through a post-workout recovery flow (or anytime!). This sequence will help steady the blood flow and circulation as you gradually put yourself into long, lean stretches. This flow should feel good, so hold a pose or stretch a little longer if your body's loving it! All you need is a mat and a few minutes. Be sure to inhale and exhale as you transition to help steady your heart.
