Move Targets: Glutes, Quads and Core


Step 1: For this move, imagine an opponent coming at you. You have to duck and move out of the way! Get into a nice wide stance and bring the fists in front of your face to protect it. Drop down into a deep squat. This is the "bob."


Step 2: Pop up and over to one side, maintaing an active lunge in the legs. Keep your fists in front of your face. This slide is the "weave." To keep it going, bob down again and weave to the other side. Stay low!
