Move Targets: Shoulders and Quads
Step 1: Begin in a wide stance with knees slightly bent, ready for any reaction. Get the fists by the face for protection and brace the core.
Step 2: Look to one side as you raise the elbow up to shoulder height and the opposite fist comes up to forehead-height. Use that elbow to strike the opponent behind you. Step into it. Make it quick and sharp!
Step 3: Without hesitating, open the arm to full extension with a quick chop. The opponent gets an elbow then a chop in a super swift combo move! Stay low and keep the legs active.
