Move Targets: Shoulders


Step 1: Begin standing with feet under the shoulders and dumbbells at your side. The palms face inward to the legs.


Step 2: As you lift the arm in front of you, rotate the palm to the floor. Lift the weight to shoulder height. Reverse it and bring it back to your side. Keep the shoulders down and back and elbow soft.
