Move Targets: Shoulders


Step 1: Take a handle of the band in each hand and step over the middle of it with the band under the middle of each foot. Stand with your feet under the hips and tuck in the pelvis to engage the core and protect the lower back. Bring the hands to the hips.


Step 2: Pull the band, aiming the handles to your bra line. The elbows go up and out until they are parallel with the shoulders. No higher! Release the handles back to the hips again.
