Move Targets: Abductors/Thighs
Step 1: This move can be performed once the leg is already out in front of you. The piqué is a small, quick lift or kick. Rest your inside hand on the barre, countertop or chair back. Both legs will be rotated outward to toward the sides, away from the body's midline. Keep the chest lifted and legs straight and strong.
Step 2: Tap the toes back to the floor. Draw the leg back into first position, heels together.
