Move Targets: Triceps
Step 1: Come to your side with the legs bent to support the body. Place the roller under the triceps on the bottom arm. These will be the muscles in the back and inside of the arm.
Step 2: Use your bent knees to push you forward and backward by straightening the legs and bending them again. You can also put the roller on a tabletop and perform the massage standing.
