Move Targets: Core and Shoulders
Step 1: Grab a kettlebell and lie on your back. Go ahead and bend the knees, keeping the legs together and flex your feet so your heels are digging into the floor.
Step 2: With the kettlebell at your chest, perform a sit-up. Keep your feet on the floor!
Step 3: When you get to the top of your sit-up, sit tall and press the bell overhead, then back to the chest.
