Move Targets: Chest and shoulders
Step 1: Grab a pair of dumbbells and raise arms into goal post position with palms facing forward. Make sure your elbows are at the same height as your shoulders.
Step 2: Squeeze the shoulder blades together while bringing the weights in toward each other without dropping the elbows or crunching the shoulders into the ears. Slowly return to start position and repeat for instructed amount of time.
