TRENDING: This Is What Happens To Your Skin After Losing Nearly 100 Pounds

| Weight Loss

To those who have worked hard for weight loss transformations, we salute you. A lifestyle change is not easy, but the incredible results outweigh the strenuous efforts every time.

However, reaching your weight loss goal isn't always all it's cracked up to be — it comes with a lot of extra skin.

Instagrammer Rachel Graham knows that better than everyone, and got real about it last week. She shared a photo of her skin, addressing questions she's received of how she avoided loose skin or stretch marks.

"I didn't! It's all there. High waisted bottoms have become my BFF," she wrote in the caption.

And even though her loose skin may not be ideal, Graham wrote that she has no regrets about losing weight. "I am more FIT than I've ever been in my entire life. Happier. HEALTHIER."

“I'd be lying if I said my loose skin wasn't an insecurity of mine, but I refuse to let it consume me,” Rachel wrote. “It doesn't hold me back like the weight used to.”

Two pregnancies and a nearly 100-pound weight loss transformation can take their toll on a tummy! Graham added that she is considering surgery for the skin removal in the future.

"Also for those who have asked.. I do plan to have surgery some day, but in the mean time I'm just working on self loooovvveeee."

Well said!
