Massy Arias, a health coach and certified personal trainer out of Los Angeles, shared a video of her 77-year-old cardio partner. The elderly woman is absolutely killing it at the gym, reminding everyone under the age of 77 to get moving!

"To be 77 and be able to move this way is incredible," Arias wrote in the caption.  

She also put exercise in motivating terms, saying it's just like a car tune-up. "Our bodies are like a car and exercise is like tuning up it up, changing the brakes, adding gasoline, and changing its oil so it keeps running smoothly."
