Barry's Bootcamp, a widely popular, celebrity-flocked fitness class, is the self-proclaimed "Best Workout In The World®". It mixes treadmill workouts with strength training for a workout that could potentially burn up to 1,000 calories in the hour-long time period. With stats like that, it's no wonder celebrities like Jessica Biel, Kim Kardashian and Amanda Seyfried are common attendees.
Barry's Bootcamp studios are scattered across the world in Los Angeles, New York, San Fransisco, Miami and even Europe, but if you call somewhere else home, you can still get the Barry's Bootcamp experience sans studio. Shauna Harrison, a trainer at the San Fransisco location, shared one of her celebrity-sculpting treadmill workouts sure to blast fat and torch calories.
