Take one look at Kourtney Kardashian's bikini-clad Instagram feed and you'll wonder if she's modeling a new Kardashian swimwear line. The 38-year-old mom of three has been showing some skin this summer, flaunting her toned bod and sexy curves more than ever — and we can't say that we blame her!
"Kourt only eats organic food and has pretty much convinced herself that she is allergic to dairy and gluten too,” Khloé wrote in a blog post. “She's by far the most cray about her diet!"
In fact, Kourtney herself has admitted that even though she doesn't exactly feel better when she cuts dairy and gluten out of her diet, she says she has noticed a difference in her kids' behavior.
"I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children when we stick to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet," she told PEOPLE. "I don’t think everyone needs to eat this way but we had muscle testing done, which showed we all have sensitivities to corn, gluten and dairy."
In addition to avoiding gluten and dairy, Kourtney also eats organic. Khloé even said that Kourtney will toss anything she finds that isn't organic.
“I think it’s important to eat organic, but there are definitely times when I run to my local big-box store for groceries,” Khloé said. “When that happens, Kourtney will straight-up look through my fridge and if she sees something that is not organic, she’ll give it away!”
She avoids sugar at all costs.
“I always try to avoid sugar — especially refined sugar — for so many reasons,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star previously shared on her website and app. “First, sugar is addictive and I notice that after I eat it, I need it. Sugar doesn’t sustain you when you actually need energy, like for a workout. Also, when I eat sugar, I find that more cellulite appears.”
Kourtney also doesn't drink soda and is super careful about her alcohol consumption.
“Cocktails are often mixed with juice or soda — not only high in calories, but sugar too,” writes Kardashian. “Aside from drinking too much, the sugar content in drinks is often what accounts for bad hangovers. When I do drink, I go for either tequila on the rocks, beer or wine. If you’re cutting down on sugar, it’s good to know that rosé wine usually has less sugar than red or white.”
She even makes her own homemade salad dressings. “Store-bought salad dressing can be secretly full of sugar,” she says. “I learned to make my own dressing (which is so easy!) and have a handful of salads that I make regularly that I actually love. If you have a really good homemade salad dressing recipe, you’ll start to crave salads!”
She drinks apple cider vinegar daily.
Apple cider vinegar has been hailed as a miracle drink for digestion, metabolism and even weight loss. In addition to drinking plenty of water, Kourtney says she drinks ACV every morning and every night.
"I drink a ton of water during the day and I also drink a glass of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar twice a day (in the morning and at night),” she wrote on her website.

She drinks ghee.
If you think that eating butter every morning might not be the best wellness practice out there, you'd be correct. Its medium-chain fatty acids help your body burn other fats already in its system (like stubborn body fat) and it's even good for your digestion.
“I have been eating it for years because my grandmother made it, not even knowing what it was,” Kardashian said in an interview with The New Potato. “Now I drink it every morning; I have one teaspoon. You melt it and you drink it first thing in the morning, and then you can’t eat or drink anything for twenty minutes after. It has to be the first thing in your stomach.”
