Womanista Wish List: This Week I’m Loving (Spring Break Edition!)

It’s spring break, y’all! Even though I haven’t had an actual “spring break” since college, there is still something that always feels wistful and fun during this time of year! (And for those of you who are taking a FUN spring break trip this year, enjoy and be safe!) Here are a few things I’m loving this week that will make your spring break fabulous!

Calypso St. Barth: This boutique clothing store has a chic edit of warm-weather wear that is perfect for a beach vacation! The best thing about their clothes is that they easily transition from day-to-night. I love this gorge silk dress that you can throw over your bathing suit for a glam cover up, and then add some metallic sandals and jewelry for a beautiful evening look.

Emily Maynard’s Blog: If you have ever wondered how this gorge Bachelorette gets glam, she is now giving away all of her beauty secrets on her fabulous new blog! Her voice is fresh and fun to read, and she has some awesome makeup tips! I love this blog about how to get flawless coverage with the right foundation.

Peddlers 30A: If you are heading down to the Florida beaches along Hwy 30-A, make your way to “Peddlers” for your bike rentals! You can reserve online, or just walk over to the “Peddlers Pavillion” and the fabulous owners will take care of you on-site (full disclosure, the fabulous owners are my sister and brother-in-law!)

But honestly, the bikes are super cute and you can pick what color basket you want and also purchase a cup holder for your bike. It’s a vacation haven for bike riders! Plus, they have super-low prices.

Dr. Jart Water Fuse Beauty Balm (BB Cream): This hardworking BB Cream gives you flawless coverage that also tones, smooths, and hydrates while giving you SPF 25 protection. It leaves your skin looking dewy and fabulous – perfect for a day on the beach when you don’t want to wear caked-on makeup!

Ahh, I can’t wait to get my bike out again. When the ice is away from the streets in Bergen-Norway I’ll take my mint-green bike out!

We don’t have spring break in Norway, but we have Easter Holiday and it starts 27th of March! YAY
